The SICES GC315 is a robust AMF and Autostart genset controller with 3 phase (RMS) mains voltages and 3 phase (RMS) generator voltages and currents monitoring. It has an integrated J1939 Canbus interface for electronic engines, and a traditional interface for non-electronic engines.

The GC315 is ideal for managing common three-phase generator applications, such as Single Prime Mover and Single Stand-by gensets. It has extensive input and output capabilities with optional communication interfaces, making it a powerful single genset controller.

The controller’s parameters are adjustable, allowing for standard and customized tasks. These parameters can be set directly with the controller’s keyboard or using the free software tool (BoardPrg3), available on SICES’ Website.

A version with built-in GPRS/GPS tracking (GC315Link 5G) is particularly suited for mobile or rental applications, where asset tracking and monitoring is required. The GC315 Link 5G has a built-in global 5G modem with global 2G fallback capability, which also embeds the GNSS localization system (GPS/GLONASS/BD) to provide a high availability solution that offers industry-leading accuracy and performance.

The GC315, in all versions, can measure the mains frequency and compute the mains power, even when the load is connected to the mains itself. It’s also able to measure the neutral of mains and generator voltages. Thanks to the separated push buttons, one for the MCB (Mains Circuit Breaker) and one for the GCB (Generator Circuit Breaker), the control of the genset in manual mode becomes easier.

Description

BoardPrg3 is a software tool that allows configuration of SICES controllers from your PC. It’s designed for use by qualified personnel with specific expertise in the use and installation of emergency gensets and, in some cases, parallel applications.

You can define the communication parameters between the PC and your controller, protect the controller with an access code or password, and upload a previously saved file to recover a configuration. All data and parameters can be printed directly from this configuration tool.

Please note that before using the software, it’s necessary to read the user manual of the device to be configured carefully
